General Purpose – 2 days after approval.
Metallic – 2-4 days after approval.

Standard free shipping time is 4-6 business days, but you may upgrade to priority shipping which takes 2-4 business days.

Will they work with a home iron or easy press?
Only the All Purpose, 2×2 Full Color , Metallic and DTF labels will work with a household iron, easy press or mini press. General Purpose labels must be used with a traditional heat press or otherwise they won’t apply correctly.
I don’t have a label ready can you create one for me?
Yes, if you have a logo, we can create the label for you just leave the required information on the” details and comments section”.
If you don’t leave any specific details required, we normally add” wash cold, tumble dry low, do not bleach and do not iron imprint” symbols and text. We will send an email with a
sample proof for you to either approve for printing or request changes.
Will they work on inner fleece?
No, unfortunately only the full color 2″x2″ square labels will apply on inner fleece.
Do I get a sample proof before printing?
Yes, if you just uploaded your logo, we would email you a sample image of the label so you can either request changes or approve for printing within 1 business day of purchase. (Usually a few hours)

What format do I need to upload the artwork?
Vectorized formats such as AI, PSD and PDF are always preferred. Please Check the artwork requirements tab for more information
How long will these transfers last me?
Transfers will between 6 months to a 1 Year if stored properly, so we recommend using the transfers within 6 months. Transfers should be stored at room temperature, in an airtight container away from light.
I created my artwork in Canva what file do i upload ?
If you created your logo/label in canva you must export/save/download it as a PDF PRINT to ensure the best quality.
